Membership Registration 

Becoming a Member 

To become a member all you need to do is download the correct membership form and return with your payment to the address shown on the form. Please note that both forms are 2 pages;

• If you are registering junior members on their own, i.e. without a senior member then please use the junior registration form  click here to download. You will need to complete one form per junior.
• For any other type of member registration please use the standard registration form  click here to download. Please note if there are any junior members registered on this form you will need to complete the consent details on the reverse of the form.

Membership forms can also be collected from the club house. Please include a stamped addressed envelope with your form and payment. The envelope needs to be large enough to hold several sheets of folded A4 paper and your shoe tags. Please make sure that you include the correct postage for the size of envelope.

A single form needs to be completed for all members at the same address. If any of the members on the form are new senior or day members your payment will need to include the appropriate joining fee. Your membership will be valid from the start of April in the current year until the end of March the following year. Discounts are available if you are joining late in the season. Please contact us for details.

If you wish to join before the start of a season we ask you to pay the membership fee for the following season at the new season rates but you will be able to play immediately, i.e. you do not need to wait until the new season begins.

Renewing your Membership

You will be contacted directly a few weeks before the start of the new season with a registration form and details of prices for the new season. You are required to complete and return your form and payment before the new season starts at the beginning of April.

Please note that if your membership renewal is received after this date you will be charged a late payment fee to cover the additional administration costs.

If you have not paid your membership you are not entitled to play.

Your Membership Confirmation 

When your membership registration or renewal is received you will be returned a membership welcome pack including the latest club information and a shoe tag for every member registered on your form.

We will endeavour to return membership packs within a few days but sometimes it could take up to a week. All members are required to wear their shoe tags whilst on court. Please note that shoe tags will be a different colour every season.
